At the outset thank you for taking the time to fill up the reflection sheet. It is about two weeks since the session and a good time to take a quick pause and see how our ‘Destiny’ phase is going. This reflection sheet is meant to be a tool to help you be conscious of being AI and also reach out to us if you have any queries or would like assistance.

  • Eg: Action area: Building trust. When correcting a team member, I will do so in a one on one conversation and not in front of others. I have to consciously keep this in mind. Last week I had to stop myself midway before correcting a team member in front of his sub ordinates. However I believe this effort will help build relations.
