At the outset thank you for taking the time to fill up the reflection sheet. It is a good time to take a quick pause and see how our ‘Destiny’ phase is going and strengthen it. This reflection sheet is meant to be a tool to help you be conscious of being AI, help you work on your action plan and also reach out to us if you have any queries or would like assistance.


  • Eg: transparency in communication: have regular meetings and use the opportunity to encourage and commend outstanding work. I have started having weekly meetings to discuss the work week. So far I have found opportunity to publicly commend two team members for the work that they did. Both went out of their way to help a dealer. The impact has been that they felt very encouraged and I am beginning to notice more such instances of team members being proactive.
