BELBIN TEAM ROLES IN INDIA - Belbin team roles is a globally tested and scientifically administered process that helps individuals and teams harness their resources for maximizing individual, team and organisational results.
Dr. Meredith Belbin conducted research on the behaviour of managers for over twelve years in different team situations. As the research progressed, different clusters of behaviour were identified called ‘Team Roles’. It was found that the Team Role composition of a team could spell its success or failure
BELBIN ACCREDITATION -The Accreditation Course is a 2 day certified course designed to make delegates competent in the Belbin profiling model and E- Interplace system.
The course is ideal for professionals who will be using Belbin Team Roles with individuals and teams or teaching the model.
FIRE TOAST AND TEAM WORK -Fire Toast and Teamwork is a fun illustrative DVD that introduces and illustrates Team Roles.
It is an extremely effective tool for trainers, consultants, organizations using the language of Team Roles to build effective teams or to enable existing teams to become more motivated and effective.
REPORTS - Belbin reports provide in-depth view of your team-role along with feedback on how others perceive you. The reports are produced by the e-Interplace software. The reports provide diagnostic and advisory information that can help you improve personal and team effectiveness.
E-INTERPLACE REPORTS - e-interplace is a human resource management system that enables better people decisions in organization. This is based on information which is otherwise difficult to get. The system uses four inputs
CO-OPERATE - Co-operate offers three team exercises to enhance co-operation and understanding within the team
Each exercise can be run with a 4 - 9 participants or all exercises can be run at the same time, allowing 12 - 27 people to take part. The exercises take approximately 20 minutes each to complete. Feedback and debrief time can be as long as required.
CONTRIBUTE - This is an active, fun, hour long exercise that brings Belbin Team Roles to life. The game includes 9 different tasks . The tasks practically demonstrate the typical features of the nine Belbin Team Roles and helps the team discuss and explore its strengths and weaknesses
