This is an active, fun, hour long exercise that brings Belbin Team Roles to life.
The game includes 9 different tasks . The tasks practically demonstrate the typical features of the nine Belbin Team Roles and helps the team discuss and explore its strengths and weaknesses
The game can be played by a team of 4 - 9 people. As Contribute is designed to take only an hour (excluding review time), it can easily be built in to a short team building session. A facilitator’s manual is also provided, giving answers and tips for observation and feedback.
