Co-operate offers three team exercises to enhance co-operation and understanding within the team
Each exercise can be run with a 4 - 9 participants or all exercises can be run at the same time, allowing 12 - 27 people to take part. The exercises take approximately 20 minutes each to complete. Feedback and debrief time can be as long as required.
The exercises are action oriented and illustrate the most important elements of team work. Successful completion of the task depends on effective communication, cooperation and decision making.
