Belbin Accreditation:
The Accreditation Course is a certified course designed to make delegates competent in the Belbin profiling model and E- Interplace system.
The course is ideal for professionals who will be using Belbin Team Roles with individuals and teams or teaching the model.
The course covers:
the background and history of the Team Roles,
how to measure them,
how to understand, interpret and feed back the Belbin reports and
the practical application of the theory.
Delegates will:
- understand the origin, theory and definition of the nine Belbin team roles.
- Understand the uses to which team roles can be applied to
- Interpret and analyze team role reports.
- Understand how to measure team roles through the E- Interplace system.
The Accreditation Course equips delegates with the knowledge of team roles and trains them in the skill of interpreting reports and applying the report information to work situations.
On successful completion of the Accreditation test, the delegate will receive a certificate signed by Dr. Meredith Belbin and be eligible to use the accredited users’ logo.
